When will I receive my order?

Orders will ship following publication. We will keep subscribers of our newsletters and those who have purchased a subscription informed of the publication schedule and when you should expect your books. Books will be sent to the address provided at checkout, and an email will be sent to let you know when each order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please subscribe to the Supporter tier if you require international shipping to account for the additional cost of shipping outside the UK/ROI. We are unable to ship internationally under the Subscriber tier.

Do you offer returns or refunds for subscriptions?

We can only offer returns if your book arrives damaged. We cannot offer refunds for subscriptions. If your book arrives damaged or if you have selected the wrong subscription tier and require international shipping, please contact info@machapress.com.

How do I amend my order information?

If you entered the wrong shipping information at checkout, please contact info@machapress.com as soon as possible so we can adjust it before shipment.
